Stet Desk
Sign in
The Desk uses your Stet workspace sign-in. A link arrives by email; it works once.
What this is
A job comes in. It moves through your process. At the assistant's step, the assistant drafts the customer message under your rules and brings it back. You fix it. What you fixed is remembered; tell it twice on different jobs and it becomes a rule the next draft follows. Only you can send. Every step, draft, edit, lesson and send is in your audit trail.
The loop to try: paste a customer's message in the Inbox and watch the job open and the reply draft itself. Edit the draft, type one lesson, accept. Paste a second message; the lesson shows up as a rule the next draft was given. Paste your price list under Teach it and approve what it finds. Put it on duty and stop pressing buttons.

This workspace has no Desk record types yet. The field-trade starter kit installs the quote process (site visit, assistant draft, your review, approve and send), three record types (customer, job, rate sheet), one approved quote email template, three rate-sheet lines and one demo job. Everything is created through your Stet, so it shows in your manual and audit like anything you add by hand.

Inbox
Paste what the customer sent. The assistant reads it, opens the customer and the job, keeps the message on the job, and starts drafting the reply. Nothing is sent.
On duty off
On duty, the assistant checks for queued work every two minutes from inside the database, under a workspace key that can draft and nothing else. Off duty, it drafts when you move a job or press the button.
Waiting on you
Teach it from a document
Paste your price list, your terms, the notes you give a new hire. Opus pulls out the standing rules; you approve each one; the next draft follows them.
